All our staff need to be able to work independently and within a team, and exhibit a high degree of resourcefulness. English language and interpersonal skills are just as important as technical skills.
We are looking for someone keen and passionate about computers to join our support team as a support technician. You will be helping our clients maintain their office computer systems, as well as directly helping their end users with IT issues.
Typical jobs initially will include :
- Helping end users with general computer issues
- Server and PC setup
- Problem solving things like email issues, server failures, WAN instabilities
Although you will be working regular office hours, you will have a lot of flexibility in setting your schedule to tackle the various projects and tasks assigned to you. We need flexible technicians that can work as part of a team and react to changing requirements and priorities.
Skills required :
- Practical experience of network support
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Helpful attitude with customers
- Good spoken English
- Microsoft or Cisco certifications or similar
- 3 years experience in similar roles
Desirable skills :
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other Cloud services
- Experience with Mac OS
- We will provide training where necessary.
