Appointed to oversee the business performance of the Food & Beverage Business Unit/Cooked Deli Food Court/Little Mermaid Bakery; develop the business sales strategy and monitor the related department to meet sales target and to continuously improve business by maximize the profit of the F&B business unit by analyzing performance and budget control. Negotiate with tenants and landlords in terms of contract management issue; work closely with Store Development Team to create and implement the fleet-wide initiatives from design, build and execution; ensure food quality and safety is in compliance with local law and QA policies; plan and execute business plans and strategies, both short-term and long-term; manage and provide training for staffs in the department to ensure professional performance.

Appointed to lead the in-house design & marketing team, plan and manage a series of implementation rebranding programme of the company in 2001. In 2002, Ricky's was promoted to the oversee the Marketing Dept of the group and contributed in the project for the Hong Kong Top10 Brandnames Award 2002 from brainstorming, gathering information, making application to fnal presentation.
