What would your tasks look like?
Every day we have thousands of users from 16 different countries.
shyftplan is very easy to use but can get quite complex beneath the surface and every customer has its own workflows and processes that have to be implemented in the tool. This means that we at shyftplan need to quickly understand the specific situation of our customer and get creative in finding the perfect solution for them!
As our Working Student, you will be part of our customer happiness team. You support our customers with onboarding, product demos (remote) and solve technical problems.
You team up with other internal units to offer the best customer experience out there!

... have a strong interest in software and tools, with the ability to successfully explain complex topics to different audiences
... are able to empathize with people to assess and address customer needs effectively
... have a native level German, business proficient in English
... love to learn as much as you love to share your knowledge with others
First experience in customer service or other customer facing roles is a big plus (tech or non-tech).
