As a new team member
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform full range of clerical duties and administration support to the property team
Prepare and administer all agreements and other related documents
Assist in other ad hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
-Form 5 or above with 2-3 years experience
-Relevant experience in property field is preferred
-Good command of English and Cantonese
-Independent, well-organized, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
-Proficient in PC skills (MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing)
-Strong interpersonal skill and high level of integrity
-Immediate available is preferred
