Making Marketing and Sales strategy for the creative stationeries brand
I joined making a marketing & brand strategy project for the stationery brand in Japan that their sales had slow down. They originally approached to general consumers like students and business person, and gift and stationery store. However, I focused on new customers, the medical and healthcare industry and their patients to expand their brand image. I researched their needs from their lifestyle and made a hypothesis. As a result, the function of their stationery fits in the medical and healthcare industry, so I suggested changing their brand image from "General consumers like students and business people" to "Doctor, their patients and the person in the healthcare industry". Finally, they decided to focus on this niche market and archive the sales 1.3 times than previous strategy.

Development new channel for the client is handling a high end fashion brands
One of my projects for a high-end fashion brand has the issue that their sales had slow down. For this issue, I approached and focused on a new channel, B2B platform, and researched these industries and collecting the materials for the suggestion. As a result, I could develop 3 B2B channel and solve their issue, in other words, they could archive 1.2- time sales
