As an Analyst, I have been working at MUFG Bank German Branch since 01.09.2019. I'm very exciting to work with new office and colleagues, and also exciting to take responsibilities for expanding the business for MUFG Bank.
- Credit Business - Non-Credit Business - Analyzing potential & existing customers - Relationship management - Arrangement for documents of Imp & Exp shipment - Negotiation for rates and loans. - Analyzing for rates
As a group leader of global project management of cosmetic industry, have been handling below works.
・Inventory control of over 10k products. ・Shipments control from Germany to EU market. ・Relationship management with cosmetic agencies of EU countries. ・Relationship management with main clients. ・Finance management of transportation. ・Build and keep team spirits. ・Problem finding and solving in order to achieve the project.
◼️Coordinating shipments to overseas
Everyday have been coordinating international import and export shipments of air, ocean and rail in between Germany and overseas ex. China, UAE, USA, Africa, and Japan by frequent communication with local stuffs of those countries.
◼️Consulting of transport methods
Have been working as a professional consultant of transportation. Clients have also irregular shipments ex. chemical stuffs, frozen stuffs or medical stuffs. These are very sensitive, so I have consulted, how to transport the shipments from packing until delivering.
◼️International sales & Build and keep relationship with clients.
As an International sales, have been contacting to potential clients to get overseas shipment. In this role, I put importance on speed of answering request and certain handling of shipments in order to grab trusts from them.
By listening needs and problems from existing and potential customer through E-Mail, Telephone or in person, I have been building and keeping good partnership with clients. Thank of the relationships, they let me other shipments which another forwarder had before.
Basically some shipments per day will be delivered with any problems. We are keen on solving such problems to let the shipments delivery on time. The most important thing is delivering the shipments on time with satisfaction of clients. I am going to engage in solving any problems for client's satisfaction.
