As part of the Research & Development team: - Development of a dosimetry software to evaluate in real time the X-ray doses applied of a patient during an operation (1.5 year project). It contains a visualisation part with 3D and augmented reality scenes and communicates with a C-Arm using the DICOM protocol. - Development of the Python back-end for a “Control Tower” project that aims to gather every information of an operating room (3 years project, CONDOR). It uses a dockerized multi-services architecture that communicates with multiple protocols (HTTP, RTMP, DICOM, …) amongst themselves and with external software components. The information are then visible in real time on a web page (OR information, 3D scene, …). - Development of the bridges as client-server to send doses information and 3D models through HTTP between both projects and the dosimetry project to an Hololens. - Creation of several dockerized Python scripts to route, classify and send DICOM data - Development of diverse services in the team’s framework Sight. - Point of contact and maintainer in the use of the DICOM library Odil. - Creation of a GPU based dockerized deep learning software to anonymise in real time the faces in an operating room. It reads and processes frame-by-frame a video and restreams it through RTP or UDP protocols to multicast IPs. Creation of a PoC to integrate it into a Sight application. - Involvement in the testing of the projects via experiences in the operating rooms and for the demos.

The software was required to provide a test platform for Research & Development team members to integrate specialized algorithms developed by them and utilize it for providing augmented reality interface. - Establishment of the bridge between two medical open-source frameworks : MediPy and Fw4spl. - Development of scripts to create image processing operators into the framework Fw4spl based on the ITK (Insight Tool Kit) sources.

Visual LSF is an interactive and educative software to learn the French sign language. It concerns deaf and mute people and also to their close relations. The innovation here, is to have a new way of learning. First, having lessons where a 3D avatar will show you the different movements to realise. Then, practice by yourself using a webcam and the software will verify if your movements are right or not.
