I has contact with and met Ryotaro Ohara-san who works in Ptmind, a Japanese company based on Tokyo before going to the Netherlands. Ptmind is a leading Heatmap and Web analytics platform service provider which was founded in 2010. Ptmind told me that they were interested to expand their platform services to the Dutch market. Three project members decided to develop a market analysis report for Ptmind on how they can enter the Dutch market successfully.
The main purpose of the research was to find an answer to the main research question: “What factors must Ptmind take into account if they want to enter the Dutch market?”

Marketing Plan - Consulting Project for Mud Jeans
Mud Jeans launched a new sustainable concept called “Lease a Jeans”. Although there is much curiosity there is no acceptance, the reactions to the concept are positive and encouraging but there is a lack of conversation rate even though the website traffic is high. To analyze this problem, the following objective was established.
The project objective is to develop a marketing plan with recommendations for Mud Jeans to increase sales and engage customers to purchase their products in the Netherlands.
Research was done on the customer segments in the Netherlands, consumer behaviors, denim industry, competitors, pricing models and the digital channels to promote the company and their concept.
The sponsor of the project is a teacher at the Rotterdam Business School and he wants to expand the elective “Social Entrepreneurship”. By Social Entrepreneurship is meant: the process of creating solutions to social problems by adapting and taking into account while decision making, the eventual social value. The elective is part of the Honours Programme at HR, and challenges students with topics related to Social Entrepreneurship. To accomplish the expansion, he set up this project. As a Japanese student, I selected one of the Japanese companies,DISCOVERLINK Setouchi for my 5 international project members. Made contact to the producer of Onomichi Denim Project, Yukinobu Danjo-san, and did interview with him. Then, I explained what this company is like in a report and PPT.
