My mission is to fit our service into the developing market like Indonesia. Started from understanding the SEA market, Making a business plan, organizing the local team, and executing our business plan are all in my scope of work. We launched the several services in Indonesia working with an International team in other countries.
I like eating and selling Japanese vegetable, especially organic products. This is because I can feel the effort and passion of the farmers to raise the products by eating them. My passion working there is to tell customers how delicious and cherished the Japanese organic vegetable is. I dropped out of my career because I can not resist my impulse to do the business overseas first.
- Administrate the sales team. I worked with 15 sales members. - Administrate the driver team. I worked with around 100 Drivers in our team. - Also, I go to door to door sales in person. I went to around 100 potential new customers in a month for 6 months.
I was in charge of the internationalization in our local committee. What I did was as follows; 1. inviting the international members to our local committee. 2. Sending our members to the other local committee around the world.
I manage to accept two members into our University and send around 30 members in a year. The business to get our community internationalizing was the first trial in our organization, but that effort resulted in fostering the open atmosphere to the other countries' people. After 3 years from my first attempt, younger members expanded the business and they have 5 members from other country and 40 members abroad in a year!
