Yusuke Nakamura is an innovative, bilingual (English/Japanese) highly motivative with extensive corporate marketing and sales experience engaging consumers via digital, social media, mobile and e-mail channels. His excellent written and verbal communication skills help him incorporate creativity, strategic insight, tech savvy and business acumen into product branding, yielding maximum engagement while exceeding results. Currently, Yusuke is the Global Associate for TECHFUND inc. In this role, Yusuke is responsible for shaping and executing social media strategy and sales and marketing with the goals of raising brand awareness, driving website traffic, and engaging the greater Information Technology community online. Previously, Yusuke served as customer service associate for DeNA’s Worldwide gaming business unit where he helped grow and evangelize TECHFUND as a company that helps entrepreneurs and interepreneurs. Yusuke was in charge of Demo Day of TECHFUND and organise the event collaborating with other companies. Yusuke also started global division for the company. He is working for the company alone in U.S. as a global associate through Skype, which is a totally remote job. He is gathering information of startups around Milwaukee and Chicago , writing articles about it, making connections with entrepreneurs, going to Silicon Vally for research of startups there, and helping organize an event for startups with accelerators. A highly competitive program where 60 students from 23 academic institutions are selected and divided into different teams to work on real live start-ups or solve a problem (corporate challenge) with an existing company. For 9 weeks we get hands on training in entrepreneurship while networking and receiving mentorship from experienced business veterans in the field. The program was designed to stimulate and encourage students with interests in entrepreneurship to pursue that route in an effort to stimulate the Wisconsin job economy.
Startup Cast is an unique startup,technology, entrepreneurship media, contributed to obsessively profiling humans of startups and startups, reviewing and writing about people’s career and history, humans of startups based on direct interview or research. Founded in August 2015, multiple information media is just a beginning We will create its network of websites and offline network. Our goal is never come. Enough will never come. That being said, our vision is to make an useful and unique media tool that people can get to know career and experience of humans of startups who get themselves into startup world. I and other selected students took part in a variety of consulting activities during summer, such as comping up with solution for environment issues that government is addressing and better strategy for a electronics industry in terms of marketing.
This project is to focus on our social issues, such as human right, disaster, environmental problems so on. We chose a person who has some ideas or thoughts about his/her issues. And then we take a photo of the person and create a photo card with words on it. For example, a famous guy has an idea about human right. We take a photo of the guys and make a card with his words that 'we are equal' . As a result, we try to sell the card to people who have the same problem or fun of the famous guy. More important, the money we got is donated to human right society or NPOs.
